KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining, tracking and communicating key dates across design, production, marketing and release schedules.

Facilitating weekly progress meetings and ensuring key discussion points, actions and deadlines are clearly communicated.

Managing shared timelines and ensuring alignment across all teams.
-
Assisting with seasonal line planning, balancing historical sales data, trend forecasting and brand direction.
-
Preparing and presenting reporting, including sales performance, trend insights and market analysis.
-
Working closely with the Sales Manager on forecasting and eCommerce planning.
-
Assisting with pricing and MOQ reviews, balancing margin expectations with market competitiveness.
- Supporting vendor communication and negotiations where required.
- Assisting with product approvals across licensed products and collaborations.
- Working closely with the Production team to ensure key dates are met across the full product lifecycle.

Supporting the development of sales assets in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.

Assisting with eCommerce growth across product, marketing and inventory strategy.

Supporting cross-functional teams including sales and logistics as required.

Assisting with projects, ad hoc tasks and implementation of business initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience in a similar role or industry.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple seasons and deadlines.

Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with systems such as Brandboom.

Experience with seasonal planning, reporting and analysis.• Clear, professional communication with excellent interpersonal skills.

Motivated team player who can also work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Understanding of industry product, pricing and retail market positioning
BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience in project management and cross-functional team environments.

Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, reporting or scheduling.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
-
Experience or strong knowledge of the skateboarding or fashion industry is favourable but not essential.
