WORKINONIT is looking to expand it’s team, to join our company and work across Butter Goods, Cash Only & Lo-Fi. We are a fast paced business with an international footprint and multiple retail stores and offices across Australia. The Production Schedule Coordinator role is a newly created role that sits across all lines, tracking and communicating key dates and information. You will be tasked with building out schedule both long and short term, keeping each line up to date and on track. There is also a need to work directly with the sales and logistics teams to assist with their work loads. A very high level of organisational skills is needed to thrive in this position. You must be good at communicating, analysing data, prioritising & problem solving. Experience and ability to show history of demonstrated use of these skills is crucial. The position is preferably based out of the Perth office, but is also open to Melbourne-based applicants for the ideal candidate. Knowledge of the retail / wholesale / production industry is preferable, but secondary to the having the appropriate skill set to fulfil the necessary duties of this role.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining, tracking and communicating key dates on design, production, marketing and release schedule.
  • Facilitate weekly production meetings and communicate key discussion points.
  • Managing key date tracker and communicating information to relevant parties across all teams.
  • Assisting with line planning and creating sales reports and delivering key info / trends to relevant teams.
  • Assisting with pricing / MOQ reviews, able to balance margin expectations with market competitiveness and to work closely with the vendor on negotiations.
  • Assisting in product approvals with licensed products and collaborations.
  • Oversee line sheet creation, ensure all stages are accurate and on time.
  • Assisting with various ad hoc tasks, project research & management as required.
  • Works closely with the Product Developer and Sales Manager to assist across the development of sales assets.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Team Manager to assist across logistics of product.
  • Working closely with the sales and logistics team to assist across work load as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in a similar role / industry.
  • Evidence of maintaining high level of organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Brandboom.
  • Experience in Project Management (Desirable)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple seasons and deadlines.
  • Clear, professional communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated team player who can also work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take detailed notes and meet deadlines.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of the skateboarding / fashion industry is favourable but not essential.
