We're after someone who genuinely loves skateboarding and streetwear retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities, from exceptional in-store customer service and store presentation, to e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management, and overall retail operations.

You'll need strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to identify trends across the culture. We value team players who can lead effectively, solve problems independently and have a strong ability to meet tight deadlines and manage product releases. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Fulfilment: Processing & overseeing online orders, making sure order fulfilment is working effectively & efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Working with the Customer Service Assistant to manage returns & queries. Respond efficiently to inquiries and proactively engaging with customers across in store & ecomm to help find the product they are looking for.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Managing product code making & pricing. Coordinating stock pick ups from suppliers.
  • Retail & Fulfilment Operations: Oversee daily operations at stores and fulfilment locations, maintaining a high standard across in store cleanliness, merchandising of product, inventory organisation.
  • Digital: Maintaining & updating webstore content, working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager & Collingwood Store Manager.
  • Team & Reporting: Manage staff supervision, delegating daily tasks, resolve operational issues, and reporting regularly with Senior Management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail management, inventory, or e-commerce fulfilment (Australia preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Genuine interest or experience in skateboarding/streetwear.
  • Experience with inventory management, ecommerce and fulfilment systems.
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and manage a team effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable handling and maintaining confidential information.
  • Experience with merchandising and store presentation.
