We are currently looking for an Ecommerce / Social Media Assistant to work out of our Perth office.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of product & social media, photo & video work. You will be responsible for shooting and editing product photos of all stock that is sold through our websites along with assisting in creating visual assets for catalogues, websites, social media and marketing.
The ideal applicant will have a strong knowledge of brands & culture alongside technical ability to produce to a high standard.
A mix of creativity and strong organisational skills is key to thrive in this position.
The role will be working in a small team under the Visual Marketing & Ecommerce Manager and Creative Director.
This is a full-time position (5 days per week) based in Perth, ideally starting in January 2026.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role will include all aspects of product photography including steaming, shooting, managing stock, editing, liaising with third parties.
- Must be skilled in Photoshop with strong ability in product photo editing.
- E-commerce merchandising. Updating homepage presentations, uploading previews, lookbooks & news posts.
- Able to produce content and capture products creatively and effectively for social media.
- Assist in the creation of catalogues. Able to follow production notes and accurately reflect changes in product photos.
- Creating EDM content and mails outs.
- Able to also take iPhone photo & videos in line with our visual tone.
- High level of organisation and tidiness, both with physical samples and digital file management.
- Effective at understanding and producing visual ideas from a brief.
- Must have a high standard in output, and able to create content that follows visual and brand guidelines.
- Eager to work in a high paced environment & handle multiple tasks and manage their priorities effectively.
- Must work well in teams, able to follow direction, and take on feedback.
THE SUCCESSFUL APLICANT MUST CANDIDATE:
- Work from our Perth office. Full time (5-days)
- Have strong skills in Photoshop.
- Pride themselves in working to a high standard.
- Have experience working with digital cameras.
- Have strong comprehension of creative ideas.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have a good eye for capturing video & photo content.
- Be able to provide examples of photo and video work
BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience creating video & photo for social media.
- Experience editing short form videos.
- Experience in Marketing
- Experience with EDM
- Experience with Meta Ad Suite
- Experience with Tiktok
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with InDesign
- Experience shooting product photos in a studio environment.
- A willingness to be in front of a camera.
